AutoCad Mini Markers
Markers are a guide used in the cutting process. It is long sheet of bond paper with all of the pattern pieces used to make a style laid out in a configuration intended to reduce fabric waste as much as is possible, including all of the sizes you’d need of a given style. Markers are made by our patternmaker using CAD System and printed out with a plotter. The marker is laid on top of the fabric layers which cutters then use to cut out all of the pieces at once. Also it gives us an exact consumption estimate of your given style / pcs.
Production Guidelines
Production guidelines are essential to have a good end result of your finished product. It gives a complete overview of expectations to the production department. Every seam / Label positioning / Technology used is clearly pointed to make sure production makes your given style exactly as the original sample. Sewing times are also calculated during this process, for accurate production planning and costprice calculations.
Sourcing
In our dedicated Sample Room, we can work together to develop special collections that fit your needs exactly. With over 1,000 patterns to choose from, we have the materials and freedom to sample and prototype a style to perfection. If new styles are needed we offer sourcing services in neighbouring Asian countries to source the requirements you need. Outsourced testing services by SGS or Intertek are also available.
