Pattern Making

After approval of initial sketches, patterns are made in CAD system, compatible with Lectra / Optitex / Gerber. We have market-tested patterns available to work on and can create a new one, based on our clients need. We work with European sizing charts. And also any other sizing system can be chosen considering your needs.

Grading is taking your sample size and creating all the other sizes you plan on offering for each style. Your fit is everything. We’ll work with you to establish a Grade Rule that is specific to your brand and the expectations of your customer.

After fine-tuning our patterns, it’s time to see where we really stand. Our In-house pattern team delivers a world class product at an extremely competitive price. The sample gives the basis to further proceed to production preparation. Samples are made in materials selected in consultation with client’s needs.
